Frequently asked questions about joining 180 Degrees Consulting
To join 180 DC, you must go through our formal recruiting process. We recruit at the start of Fall and Spring quarters.
Our recruitment process usually includes a written application, coffee chats, a behavioral interview, and a case study.
All majors are encouraged to apply! Our members come from a variety of disciplines, and the only prerequisite is a passion to think and execute strong work.
Expect 4–6 hours a week: general meetings, work sessions, client check-ins, and professional-development events.
